There appears to be a configuration error wrt. the certificate that
your SP uses. See:
http://107.20.219.204:8081/saml/www/module.php/saml/sp/metadata.php/default-sp
I do not know what the cause of that error is. Have you checked that
the file exists, and is readable by your webserver?

Are you saying that Google Apps should use your SAML 2.0 identity
provider to authenticate the user? In that case you shouldn't have to
configure a SAML 2.0 service provider. Instead just register the Google
SP in your saml20-sp-remote metadata file, and add your identity
provider to Google Apps.
(But if you want to test your own identity provider using the service
provider you have configured, you will have to add your identity
provider metadata to saml20-idp-remote and your service provider
metadata to saml20-sp-remote.)
