Blank page after selecting Idp from SP

Good day all,

After performing a reinstall of the simpleSAML software on a CentOS 7 box (php v.7.x), I have a working IdP and SP. After adding metadata from the IdP to the SP and vice versa as well as the requisite configuration items in authsources.php and config.php, when I select the appropriate identity source (IdP) from the simpleSAML SP page (Select your Identity Provider), I am redirected to the IdP. But the page is blank:

Any ideas?

Ignore. The metadata file was missing a semicolon.
