IDP Server: Images are not displayed

Hi,

Have a strange problem with a Mobile-No. Verification-Module on a simplesamlphp installation. Webserver is an IIS 8.5. Probably there is a problem with the .php/ in middle of the path: http://localhost/simplesaml/module.php/mobileid/mobileidlogin.php?....

Developer Tools from IE shows me following Warnings:

• DOM7009: Unable to decode image at URL: 'http://localhost/simplesaml/module.php/mobileid/resources/ajax-loader.gif'.
  
• DOM7009: Unable to decode image at URL: 'http://localhost/simplesaml/module.php/mobileid/resources/mobileid.png'
• SEC7115: :visited and :link styles can only differ by color. Some styles were not applied to :visited.

ISS logs me http 200 and there is no error in simplesamlphp log.

Any idea?

This just works for me. Maybe it helps to visit those image URL's
directly in your browser to get a more concrete clue as to what could be
wrong. Also perhaps check the content-type in the HTTP headers.
