First hit from Google:

"This sounds very much like a time zone problem on the client machine,
or on your external SSO host. Messages like this often appear when
using X.509 certificates if the time zones are not provisioned
properly on both sides of the service, or if the clocks are not set
properly on each end. "

Could this be it? Where on the globe are you located?

I change the ntp pool on my server. The clock was 5 minutes ahead.
Now it's work perfectly.

Hi,

This error message actually means that the certificate used for signing the Auth response is not the same as the uploaded certificate in Google Apps.
