How do I configure SAML 2 on IIS 7? I've been working on this for a long time but can't get a hang of it. The available configurations are Linux based. Has anyone been successful with this? Please advise, thanks

If with "SAML 2" you mean simpleSAMLphp specifically, then you do not
need to do anything special. You install PHP and IIS as you would
normally. Then simpleSAMLphp should just work (so I've heard - I don't
use this OS myself).

There's a slightly out of date and partially Danish guide here:
http://www.wayf.dk/wayfweb/howto%27s_attchmt/SimplesamlPHP%20on%20windows%202003%20server%20minimal%20installguide.pdf

If you've installed PHP correctly and then have trouble getting
simpleSAMLphp to work with it, please mention what problem you're
running into specifically.

Cheers,

Thanks but I have that document and worked with it too but it's not working. I have PHP installed properly and even tried SimpleSaml on Windows using Apache but I keep getting a blank screen, same with IIS. I don't know what exactly I'm doing wrong. I've changed the configuration in SimpleSAMLPhp as it states I should.

That probably means you have a syntax error somewhere in your
configuration (all PHP code and config is just PHP).
Your webserver will tell you the error in its log files. So the
question probably is "How to I get error logs from IIS7".
Try a generic "PHP on IIS" support forum, this isn't about SimmleSAMLphp
(SSP has no idea in what webserver its running and no code that makes
it specific to one or the other).
