SimpleSAML2.05 just shows Welcome Page

Hello,

Please somebody could help with this? I've just downloaded and set the config.php and authsources.php files , and when I go to the simplesaml url in my server it shows the following page...this is totally different to previous versions where the configuration page was showed inmmediately....

Then my question is , how to configure version 2.0.5 ?

I am using apache2 , and Ubuntu.
