Hi, anybody know some module/component for joomla authentication with
simpleSAMLphp?
I need to integrate these.
Thanks

This seems to work correctly but I'm getting an error, now I don't
know where to find support or more documentation.
Feide hasn't developed something like this?

What error do you get? Is the error from joomla or simplesamlphp or
anything else?

May be try the joomla forum. May be take a look at other SSO auth
plugins for joomla and compare.

A general tips with SP integration with PHP apps, is to to install
memcached, and use 'session.handler' => 'memcache' in simplesamlphp.
Then sessions will not conflict with the app.

No we are not using joomla.

Hello everyone,

I have the same question regarding newer version of Joomla. Has anyone tried implementing SimpleSAMLphp in Joomla 1.6+?

I have been trying to get an answer for that: integration with Joomla 2+ but no luck so far. None of what's listed above is available now.

Would be great if anyone could point to a working solution that doesn't cost a lot.

I think there is not a working solution for Joomla 2.5 using simpleSAMLphp.

Have you tried the onelogin plugin?  https://onelogin.zendesk.com/entries/20066026-Configuring-SAML-for-Joomla   (j25oneloginsaml3.zip)

Maybe you can use it or create a SAML plugin that uses simpleSAMLphp based on it.
