Sentence Generation Using AI

I am doing a final year project for my academics. My topic is Automatic report generation using AI in which i want mechanism who generates a sentence from 2 to three words, like if the words are student , book 
      then Sentence will be "students study from books " something like that. So can u help me by giving suggestion that how can i start my project and how i can get this natural language generation.
