now
if i give a sentence
What's the budget we have planned for Education next year?
from above given sentence it should find that its a future tense.

i also want to know is there any way to get  the input in simplenlg so that i should separate itself as subject, verb and etc.

Hi

you seem to be trying to use simplenlg for a form of understanding or detection. But simplenlg is intended for generation. So you can generate a sentence like the one you show, by setting the tense to present-perfect (not future, incidentally), but using it to 'find' the tense given a sentence is not what simplenlg is for.
