Python wrapper for SimpleNLG

Hi everyone,

I have finally made a bit of time to clean up my old code and put it online: https://pypi.python.org/pypi/nlglib/ So far it is mostly just a wrapper around SimpleNLG using the XML interface but it does have some limited support for generating text from first order logic. You can install it using pip: `pip install nlglib` Support only for python 3 I am afraid. It is probably still buggy but I am happy to take pull requests (or just log an issue on github).
