Hello you have two real options:

1. Use the C# port of SNLG: https://github.com/nickhodge/SharpSimpleNLG — This port is incomplete and I don’t believe it is being actively maintained. The main limitations are it doesn’t have support for NIHDB Lexicon, the lack for HTML formatting, and lack of integration of bug fixes from the main SimpleNLG project. 

2. Use the XML server interface. Basically you have SunpleNLG running as a server and your .NET application sends XML realisation specification to it over a socket.
