Bugfix: Installing 2.0 and adding Nessus plugins fails on table creation

I accidentally included the table creation for plugins within the
simpleness2.0.sql file. Since my directions state to remove the DROP
TABLE statement when creating the plugins.sql file, it will fail when
trying to import everything.

I modified the simpleness2.0.sql file and removed the plugins table.
Version 2.1.1 reflects this change.
