SI v2013.1.beta.6 apm_fork released

Hi Justin,

In order to preserve my changes not included in the mainline SI
master/branches for now, I have released my version of SI as at
2013.1.beta.6 at:
https://github.com/apmuthu/simpleinvoices/releases/tag/b567e3404561a4f139d388e38e38a72403decb98

All further commits will be made to the mainline 2013.1.beta.7 branch as far
as my files do not conflict with mainline versions.

domain_id issues are aplenty where cron jobs are concerned and when they
work, it is only for domain_id=1.
All functions in sql_queries.php that need to be classes should be migrated
after converting all usage to the class only.

How does one output lang.php from transifex, assuming that all en_GB strings
have been auto parsed and sucked in to transifex?

re sql_question

- agreed - all functions need to be moved out of sql_queries.php and the functions.php file and moved into classes

- feel free to implement this as you wish

re domain_id

- yep - there are many domain_id throughout SI that need to be resoved

re output lang files

- once you login and selet a translation - there is an option to download the translation as a file - its in the same format as the main english one
