Code for executing extensions sql schema

Hi Justin,
Extensions like expenses need to have some schema tables included and are
listed in extensions/expenses/install/*.sql
Where in the code sequence do these sql files get executed on registration
and they do not appear to get dropped when unregistered.

There is no code that installs the SQL for extensions, have to be manually run
