Hi Justin,
Now that the multi-domain works well in my master repo, you can cherry pick
the commits into the main one. Just too many changes for me to merge. Start
from Oct 21st onwards. Even so, quite a few commits not necessarily specific
to the multi domain feature have been committed to the main master when I
had the time.

Just managed to merge it manually retaining your preferences
- no captcha,
- multi-same-item-tax (sqlpatches.php,
- footer without mailing list link.
Can now release the 2013.1.beta.8 version.
Branch 2013.1.beta.8 fixes are now included in the master.
