Kambu (Pearl Millet, Bajra) Idli
Kambu Idli is a healthy breakfast item that tastes and looks almost like regular idlis. The colour of the idlis are slightly brownish but the taste is no different. So it is easy to make kids and fussy adults have this healthy grain easily.
White radish, also known as daikon, is commonly seen in Tamilnadu. Though many people only make Mullangi Sambar, poriyal made with mullangi also tastes delicious. It is quick to make and tastes great with white rice and some curry.
Healthy green gram ladoo is very good for ladies and kids. It can easily be made at home. These ladoos are otherwise called as paushtik hirvya moogache ladoo.
