How should I handle 500 Errors from simple geo

I've been getting some 500 errors from the simple geo service.  Here's the message I'm getting: SimpleGeo had an internal error. Please let them know. (500): Internal Server Error - {"code":500,"message":"Internal Server Error"}.  How should I handle these errors, and is there any reason they seem to be happening more frequently recently.

Thanks for the heads up . We have been working on it so hopefully this was only an intermittent error. Let me know if you are still seeing issues.
