Unable to sign up for account

Anyone else having this issue.

I am trying to sign up for account, and keep on getting transaction failed with no message on what particular.  I tried multiple Credit Cards.

Also no response from support within 4 days.

Sounds like a good service, I rather not roll my own.

We had a slight hiccup with our provider that should now be resolved.  Can you please try signing up again?  Thanks.
