Simple.Data.Pad 0.7.2 (Latest) connection string is not working....

My connection string does not appear to work and I have tried many variations to get it to work to no avail.

Here is what my connection string looks like.... 

Server=MyMachineName; Database=DBName; User Id=sa; Password=ABC123;

The trace tab in the tool says "Failed to open database".

I also have tried using the "OpenConnection" option where I specify a providerName, in which case I used "System.Data.SqlClient"

I am running a local SQL Server 2012 installation (version 11.0.3128), my console application connects to the database just fine with the above credentials, I can also use the same credentials with SQL Server Management Studio as well. 

Any debugging suggestions or assistance fellow devs?
