Is Simple.data still Maintained and In Progress ?

Hello everyone !

I'm a new user of Simple.Data. 

We where basically having problems on Nhibernate and where looking for something else. We found Simple.Data to be something really good (and Magic) to use with dynamic binding.

We will probably start using Simple.Data but we where concerned if the project is still running ?

On the Index page, some lines are commented with a forthcoming info. Will the project continue to evolve and grow or is it abandoned ? If it is abandoned, why ?

Is there any really bothering bug or problem that we might encounter using Simple.Data ?

Is there any community anywhere also ready to help on this project appart of this google group ?

Hi Remi,

I'm afraid I no longer have the time to dedicate to Simple.Data, there are just too many other demands on my attention these days. If you choose to use it and want to maintain it yourself, I would try to respond to any questions you might have via email, but I will not be releasing any more updates or new versions.

Sorry to disappoint.

Hi Mark,

Thanks a lot for your answer, I want to congratulate you for the job Simple.Data is able to do. It made me look a bit in depth in dynamics features and it look magical.

I'm still a bit concerned about the fact the the project is abandoned.

So I have two small questions :

Are you still using Simple.Data yourself ? 

Do you know if there is anything dynamic, making the same thing as Simple.Data that is still maintained and easy to use ?

I was a long time user of Simple.Data but have moved reluctantly over to Dapper

Ok, I think we will try to implement both and we will see what comes out of it.
