SimpleCV - Neural Network Algorithm

Hi,
I'm Thushan Gangedara, from University of Moratuwa. I have taken a
look at your git-hub repository. I have realized that you have only
implemented few classifier algorithms. For computer vision Neural
Networks is a must, simple because of it's accuracy.

I'm currently taking an Intelligent Systems course in my university.
I'm quite interested in Machine Learning techniques. I have followed
courses offered by outside also on machine learning.

I have implemented a simple neural network using java. But I can port
it to python with some effort and try to improve it's performance (eg.
By adding more hidden layers, changing weights)
This would be a huge advantage in classifying problems.

Please tell me how to add my idea to your existing ticket system. Also
I would like to know possible mentors for this project. I would like
to discuss some matters.
