Well im Rohan Joshi,studying in VJTI college,Mumbai,India.
Im quite interested in this Simplecv program.Great step taken by
you.Well,i would like to contribute by making computer vision apps for
another platform like android.Ive decent programming skills related to
android.
i have taken Image Processing course for this sem.Also i won the prize
for my project on integration of OCR(optical character recognition)
and Text to speech conversion which enables Blind people to read
normal documents.Also,Ive made some basic programs using opencv and
AForge.Also was the team meber of FREESTYLE group which won many
prizes in India.Main aim of FREESTYLE was gesture control.Ive also

Well,i went through SimpleCV and its simply superb.Not as fast as
Opencv but very simple to understand and to use.
Tutorials are excellent.
Well i would love to contribute to SimpleCV in following ways;
1)Making more Tutorials on Machine Learning and Object Detection and
Gesture Recognition
2)Provide more platform like Android i.e. Making mobile apps so that
SimpleCV programs can be enjoyed and be useful using mobile also.
3)Also i would like to interface Computer vision and Embedded
systems.So that we could have Line follower robot using camera and
SimpleCV as sensors.
4)Also i would like to project SimpleCV as a learning tool in Schools
making classroom lecture more interactive.
5)also providing some code on Augmented Reality

Well,My Python skills are good.C/C++ are very good and would like to
actively participate in your project.
