GSoC Project

[Max Linke]

Hello

My name is Max Linke, I'm currently enrolled as a master of physics
student at the Georg August University in Germany. I'm interested in
CV as a nice tool to analyze experiments.

I've never heard of SimpleCV before GSoC and after playing a bit with
it I have to say I'm quite impressed. I will definitely give it a try
for image-analysis.

I would like to work on some of your project ideas as a part of GSoC.
I'm especially interested in the Tracking project. I have already done
some work with Tracking during my BA. Thesis, by analyzing the
movement
of QuantumDots on Cell surfaces. I would like to do some more work in
that area and look into more sophisticated algorithms. Do you have any
specific test cases that you would like to have implemented or can we
choose our own? (I'd like to try it on mircotubule[1], it's a common
task still done manually in many labs)

At what times are you active on IRC to discuss the proposal and
project ideas?
