Coverage % too high

It seems that the overall lines used in the coverage total is too low. It only shows methods I've already written at least some tests for, and doesn't list any of the ones I haven't tested yet. That makes my coverage percentage really high, but doesn't help me identify the files I haven't done any tests for yet. I can't imagine this is intended so maybe I'm doing something odd? https://github.com/CBIIT/MOIP
