Communication with Top IT officer on sms from IT dep to compulsory file IT return in refund case 

Assessee are receiving sms from IT Department:"If you have to claim any amount of refund then it is mandatory to efile IT return by 31.08.15. For details visit   https://incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in I T DEPT

I, CA Nitesh More, had talked with Top level income tax officer & communicated that such sms is creating confusion among professional all over India , as there is no such provision in law. 

He told that he was out of town & came today. He will look into matter.
