IT department is sending rectified message after talk by CA N More

1) Rectified Message:

"Attention Taxpayers! It is mandatory to e file your Income Tax Return if you are claiming refund. Visit https://incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in for details ITDEPT"

2)  FOR CLAIMIMG REFUND, efilling of return is compulsary , but it is not compulsary to file it by 31.8.15.

3) WRONG MESSAGE circulated on Saturday:

"If you have to claim any amount of refund then it is mandatory to efile IT return by 31.08.15. For details visit https://incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in ITDEPT"

CA N More has already requested to ignore above wrong message & concentrate on work.

I, CA Nitesh More, had talked with Top level income tax officer & communicated that such sms is creating confusion among professional all over India , as there is no such provision in law. 

He told that he was out of town & came today. He will look into matter.
