Hi,

Is there a way to configure the retry count in simple spring memcached whenever there is a TimeoutException? Basically when memcached is down it keeps retrying forever. Can we configure the count to retry only for specific number of times?

Thanks,
Saikat

Hi,

What provider are you using? There should be a possible to set failure policy and probably retry count at provider level.

Best regards,

Please take a look at ElastiCacheConfiguration there are failureMode, maxReconnectDelay and timeoutExceptionThreshold.
