SR was on backburner while we launched SimpleWorker!

Hey all,

Sorry for slow responses to questions and slow pull request responses, I've been working hard to get our latest product, http://www.simpleworker.com , out the door. We just launched it in beta and we're pretty excited about it!  Allows you to queue up long running jobs to the cloud with almost no effort. Also has scheduling and what not so you don't need cron. Check it out if you get a chance and let me know what you think, I'm sure you'll find it just as useful as SimpleRecord... maybe even more!  ;)  It actually works great with SimpleRecord btw. 

That said, I'm gonna get at the recent pull requests and other issues that I've been putting off this week for SimpleRecord.
