Redirect Loop

So here I was, trying out shine for the first time. Did all the steps and voila, Google Chrome says:

--Any help would be much appreciated.

P.S. I'm new to web-dev using scripts.

have you defined 'WEB_ROOT' in class.config.php correct ..
