Simple openni multiple users

Hello! 

I am trying to build a Processing + Kinect sketch influenced by gestures/positions made by multiple users.

So far I didn't get any further than 

kinect.getNumberOfUsers();

I couldn't find any other documentation on this matter either on Github or Processing Forum.

Does anyone have an idea of what I could use/read/try?
