Modifying RGB Camera Width, Height, or Framerate

hi all
I am trying to modifying the RGB Camera Width, Height, or Framerate.
for this i am using kinect.enableRGB(Width,Height,Framerate);
This function setting has no effect as the feedback is allways 640x480

I do not found the GlobalDefaultKinect.ini file

I have modified the PS1080 file under library/Win32/openNI2/Drivers
no changes

Do some one can help me on this ?
