The only thing I can suggest is to log out of chrome and back in again, they may re synchronize as long as they haven't been removed from the sync location as well.
I just lost all my notes... probably it happened after I opened a new window of Google Chrome in Incognito mode, not sure if it has to do, the point is if is there any way to recover my notes??? this really pissed me off!

The notes are held in a database in the browser, whatever you did must have wiped that database.
Already did it, but doesn't work. Is there any other way? Can I look for the notes or files locally in my computer? thanks aw.
