Is there any way to rearrange already existing notes?

Is there any way to rearrange already existing notes? When syncing bookmarks to a new device, the notes seem to add themselves in a random order. Is there any way I can rearrange/reorder the notes? It'd be a very useful, simple feature that I can't seem to find if it already exists. I would REALLY rather not have to remake every single note when this happens or when I want to rearrange them.
