FR: Ability to change "text" to "category"

When filling in missing values, I noticed one of my columns was classified as "text".  I'm guessing because of more than one space.

However, the total number of distinct strings is ~10.  So I'd like the ability to override the guessed type to set it to "category."

I hacked it my replacing spaces with underscores, so it isn't a big deal, but it might be nice to be able to alter the guessed types.
