thanks for the script. I was wondering How can I get the user expertise and skills once I'm connected to linkedin?

Skills are part of the Full Profile Fields of the People API:

http://developer.linkedin.com/documents/profile-fields#fullprofile

In order to get skills for the current user, they must have granted the r_fullprofile permission when you authenticate them.
