Licence, copyright notices

Hi,

There is conflicting copyright information in this project. The google
project page states that the project is under the new BSD licence, but
the source files (Image.* and Region.*) have more restrictive
copyright notices.

I interpret this to be a violation of the terms of the BSD licence,
which states in the first clause: "Redistributions of source code must
retain the above copyright notice, this list of conditions and the
following disclaimer."

The copyright notices in the source files list Chris Greening and Alan
Wostenberg as authors. In order to comply with the BSD licence, these
copyright notices should be removed, but that can only be done with
the permission of the respective authors. Also the terms of the BSD
licence should be included with the source distribution.

I don't mean to be PITA, but I can't legally use this code for
anything unless this issue is fixed.

Hi again,

upon further examination I have discovered that Region.* are
unnecessary for use of this library. That simplifies matters somewhat,
as only Chris Greening needs to give his permission for removal or
modification of the copyright licence in the source files authored by
him.

Hi,

The copyright at the top of the files I something Xcode adds
aiomatically - I'll remove them and the old region files that aren't
required.

ok, that should all be done.

At some point I want to go through the code and minimise the use of
objective-c++
