In this day and age where roles and responsibilities are constantly split, I don’t understand why we have such a tool (mixing invoicing with Project Management). What’s the advantage? And will Project Managers actually use such a tool?

[...]to OB10. They do not have 24/7 support, but only 11/5 support with TWO DAY TURNAROUND by email only! I believe companies require OB10 because it delays processing which improves their cash flow at your expense. What an incredibly poor site for invoicing.

I have found invoicing for support requests vasty decreases the number of requests. Instead of being their personal Google, you only get actual problems and in return for solving them you get paid. Those $100 invoices add up.
