Rather Confusing

In a colony 82 percent people read newspaper A,78 percent read
newspaper B,76 percent read newspaper C,72 percent read newspaper D,
atleast what percentage of people in the colony read all the
newspapers?
A 8
B 10
C 13
D 23

Assuming that there are 100 persons

first take newspaper A and B, 82+78=160%, so min of 60 people should read both A and B(otherwise it would exceed 100)..now taking the intersection of the set of 60(who read both A and B) with newspaper C (76%) and applying the same logic we get a set of 36 people..again 36 with newspaper D(72%)..we get the ans as 8..

(hope it is clear, it can be explained in a much better way using Venn diagram)
