Is it possible to have a txt field in nutrition list so one can make a comment about the food.

Comments are already on my to-do list. I was hoping to devise a uniform and simple way to enter comments and symptoms, as well as the existing nutrient values. This could involve quite an upheaval to the app, so I'm still thinking about the best way to do it.
