No differentiation between entered zero values and undefined values

I use exported data to prepare spreadsheets and reports for my nutritionist, and I have found that the database of user-entered data, or at least the exported CSV, treats entered zeroes in the same way as undefined values, treating everything as undefined and causing big problems for my ability to assess my data quality ("what data is truly missing?") and derive my own meaningful statistics.

I can see that's this is not ideal. I'll look into changing this.
