junit-interface 0.3

Hi,

Version 0.3 of the JUnit interface for sbt is now available. See
http://github.com/szeiger/junit-interface/blob/0.3/README.txt for details.

It includes an alternative Framework implementation which does not
require a marker interface but accepts all (top-level) classes as
potential test cases.

I published this version on the scala-tools.org releases repository, so
you don't need to build it yourself.

The next version of sbt should know about your JUnitFramework implementation
so users won't need to add it as a test framework unless they want to use the
JUnitFrameworkNoMarker variant.
