Plugin depending on another plugin has bad pom

When I publish a plugin that depends on another plugin, and then try to use that plugin, the generated pom.xml is "wrong" because the dependency element for the other plugin omits both the sbt version and the Scala version.

My understanding is that this commit should have fixed it:

but that page says the commit is included in sbt 0.12.0.

Should I reopen issue 212?

My mistake. The pom was correct, and I should have noticed it was looking for the correct extra attributes already; the problem was that I forgot to specify ivy style patterns in the resolver.
