Using the start Script Generated by Stage

I have an Akka project, in Java, that I have been deploying using sbt run. I got the stage command working (installed the extras plugin), and it works, but the start script it generates is not working. I stipulated the class of mine that I want loaded, which is an App class that was created by the archetype for making the Akka/Play-mini project, and it shows an error: 

Exception in thread "main" java.lang.NoSuchMethodError: main

Does this work with play mini?

It is best to start with the play mailing list for play-related questions. There are quite a number of customizations that are done by play.
