When I download the current MSI and run it, it does not upgrade. I even removed the current version I have, 0.11.3, the rerun the setup.exe only to end up with the same version:

I'll have the SBT msi upgraded shortly. For now, unless you're relying on launcher properties, the 0.11.3 version should work for sbt 0.12.2, just specify an sbt.version property in your project/build.properties.

I'll be not travelling on thursday, with access to my windows machine so I can cut a fix.
