Run cucumber comand with sbt

Hi, I have installed cucumber plugin for sbt and tested it from terminal and it worked. A few day ago, it stopped working. not sure what happened (after git ).
The message I get is "Not a valid command: cucumber"
[error] Not a valid command: cucumber
[error] Expected '/'
[error] Expected ':'
[error] Not a valid key: cucumber
[error] cucumber
[error]         ^

I cant seem to find any information online why this is happening. Can some please point me in the direction I can follow to resolve this problem.
