Energy NewsNotes
Dear OEIC Contributors, Members and Visitors:It has been nearly 18 months since we started our online energy independence community. We have a dedicated core group, but we haven't added nearly the number of members or had the amount of participation (questions, comments, and general discussion) that was expected.
Why is this? Is the topic too narrow? Is there not so much interest in energy cost or environmental impact? Is the format unappealing? Are people just too busy to be involved in an online community like this? I don’t know, but I’d like to.
The main question of the survey: Is this a project worth pursuing and if so, what do we need to do differently to make it more effective, or would our time be better spent elsewhere?
Please take 5 minutes and share your thoughts and any ideas or suggestions you may have in this anonymous 13 question, 5 minute survey.

PS. Please forward this survey to the same people you ordinarily forward Energy NewsNotes to. The only limitation is that only one response per computer will be collected.
PPS. If you are interested in becoming more active in the online community, in any capacity, please let me know by return email. Any help, no matter how much or how frequent, is greatly appreciated.
