segfault when simulating without leaf constraints and with multiple individuals/species

Hi,

When I try to run SimPhy without leaf constraints (i.e. tree height only) and with sampling multiple individuals/species, I always end up with a segfault. If there are leaf constraints this doesn't occur, and if I only sample one individual/species this doesn't happen either. Is there some sort of bug?

Example command:

simphy -sb f:0.000001 -o si_test -sp f:10000 -su f:0.00001 -sg f:1 -si u:2,5 -st f:1000000 -op 1 -oc 1

It sounds like a bug. I will look into it as soon as possible and keep you posted.

There was a bug indeed. I've already updated the sources. I'll update the compiled binaries of the last release as soon as possible.
