we're working with inversion of TDEM data. The signal at the receiver (in our case) is collected with a coil in not-coincident loop, This means that the signal is related to the time derivative of the magnetic flux; using this option in the survey definition (PointMagneticFluxTime Derivative), the results are usually meaningless. The only option that provide results if the PointMagneticFlux density options, but this is physically not acceptable.
The second question is about the forward modeling,:it is not clear if the forward modeling is designed for the response of a coincident loop or not.
