Non major axis aligned orientations for FDEM.Src.MagDipole

Hi,

thanks for all the work you put into making this awesome toolbox!

I just started using this toolbox and I am evaluating whether or not this package is a good choice for our purpose. 

I am trying to implement something like a logging while drilling (LWD) tool for frequency domain electromagnetic sensors.

Since the sensor probes are attached to the drill, and for us horizontal drillings are actually the interesting ones, the dipole sources are not necessarily aligned with the major coordinate system.

I was wondering whether or not it is possible to specify a non major axis aligned dipole source in SimPEG.

I saw this issue:

https://github.com/simpeg/simpeg/issues/794

which mentions that you plan to implement something like this. Also I saw, that the orientation is internally actually mapped to a three element vector. 

Any way of implementing this? Or would I have to rotate the domain and simulate everything in the sensor coordinate system?
