Simp-Logstash

Hello,

Recently was testing out the simp-logstash module on some nodes.  Followed the guide for the default options, puppet bombs out when it tries to write the template filters to the file system.  Permissions look okay (logastash:logstash)

Error: Could not set 'file' on ensure: No such file or directory @ dir_s_mkdir - /conf.d/simp-logstash-20_filter-10-simp_syslog.conf20170926-13286-7pch0o.lock at /etc/puppetlabs/code/environments/production/modules/simp_logstash/manifests/filter/simp_syslog.pp:45

Any feedback would be appreciated.
